Week 5

Current weight: 87.5kgs
loss: 0
All up so far: 8kgs
positive: ran for 10 mins on treadmill straight, haven't been able to do that in a while. Ran a few days this week.
negative: I was home all week, ate pretty badly. 

Note: I need to step up on my game and start making sure I'm eating the right foods. And stop snacking when I'm bored!
