Week 3

Current weight: 88.5kgs
loss: 1kg
All up so far: almost 7kgs in 2 months
positive: went to gym 4 times this week, worked hard!
negative: had a big night last saturday, and may not of aten as good as i could, not that good of a week!
 
seeing the results!!!
