Week 7

Current weight: 85.5

loss: 1.2kgs
All up so far: 10kgs
positive: lost weight on just eating healthy
negative: I didn't go to gym or exercise much at all. On the weekend I over indulged a bit. 

Note: I need to not give in to unhealthy foods and make sure I'm prepared with healthy food!

Week 6

Current weight: 86.7kgs
loss: 0.7
All up so far: 9kgs
positive: went on 2 hikes 
negative: i was traveling in the car 3 days of the week and didn't eat as good as I could of.

Note: when traveling I need to make my own lunches, instead of having subway all the time. And I need to make good choices when I come to eating with friends and say no to bad foods!
