Week 7

Current weight: 85.5

loss: 1.2kgs
All up so far: 10kgs
positive: lost weight on just eating healthy
negative: I didn't go to gym or exercise much at all. On the weekend I over indulged a bit. 

Note: I need to not give in to unhealthy foods and make sure I'm prepared with healthy food!
