Week 5

Current weight: 87.5kgs
loss: 0
All up so far: 8kgs
positive: ran for 10 mins on treadmill straight, haven't been able to do that in a while. Ran a few days this week.
negative: I was home all week, ate pretty badly. 

Note: I need to step up on my game and start making sure I'm eating the right foods. And stop snacking when I'm bored!

Week 4

Current weight: 87.5kgs
loss: 1.2kgs

All up so far: 8kgs
positive: went to gym a few days, climbed the stackers at work, 640 stairs!
negative: had farewell Friday. Ate cake and a few other things. 
I'm just excited to hit 85kgs! Haven't been that in a while!

WELCOME!

HI everyone,
Im sarah, I'm 19 years old and i currently attend univeristy. For my whole life i have struggled with my weight, i have never been thin, and my self esteme is very low for my self. I hate being my weight, i have tired many times to loose weight but i always ended up put on more weight.

i want to loose weight because:
- health risks lowered
- look and feel amazing
- to feel comfortable in my body
- to be able to do thingd that i was restricted to do before

My goal weight: 70-65kgs
My current BMI is : 32.3
healthy BMI: 18.5 to 25
 
So this blog is made to help me keep motivated. I'm currently using Weight Watchers program, as i do every week with this program, i will be checking in and reporting with my new weight, a picture of myself, and i will talk about where i went right and where i went wrong during each week.  I will try and post some really good recipes that i have found great and healthy.

I hope you enjoy watching me loose my weight and changing my life forever!

Week 3

Current weight: 88.5kgs
loss: 1kg
All up so far: almost 7kgs in 2 months
positive: went to gym 4 times this week, worked hard!
negative: had a big night last saturday, and may not of aten as good as i could, not that good of a week!
 
seeing the results!!!

 

Week 2

Current weight: 89.4kgs
loss: 1.1kgs
positive: went to the gym twice and didnt use points, just ate healthy
negative: maybe i should of went to the gym more.

Feeling confident and happy that im under 90kgs
