HI everyone,
Im sarah, I'm 19 years old and i
currently attend univeristy. For my whole life i have struggled with my
weight, i have never been thin, and my self esteme is very low for my
self. I hate being my weight, i have tired many times to loose weight
but i always ended up put on more weight.
i want to loose weight because:
- health risks lowered
- look and feel amazing
- to feel comfortable in my body
- to be able to do thingd that i was restricted to do before
My goal weight: 70-65kgs
My current BMI is : 32.3
healthy BMI: 18.5 to 25
So this blog is made to help me keep motivated. I'm currently using
Weight Watchers program, as i do every week with this program, i will
be checking in and reporting with my new weight, a picture of myself,
and i will talk about where i went right and where i went wrong during
each week. I will try and post some really good recipes that i have
found great and healthy.
I hope you enjoy watching me loose my weight and changing my life forever!
